We're seeking a skilled professional with exceptional customer service skills and administrative expertise to deliver outstanding support across our integrated service platform.
The Opportunity
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through integrated reception, concierge, and administrative support.
* Proactively address client needs while maintaining professional standards within our Government Agency client building.
About the Role
1. Provide front-of-house and visitor services.
2. Offer remote support for other sites.
3. Manage room booking and setup.
4. Coordinate catering and cleaning services.
5. Manage AV equipment and video conferencing.
6. Administer car park and locker facilities.
7. Coordinate defect reporting and maintenance.
8. Handle calls and provide teleconference support.
9. Distribute mail and report on service delivery.
Key Requirements
* Australian Citizenship is essential due to client requirements.
* Preferred experience in hospitality/hotel environment or reception.
* Ability to obtain and hold an Agency PEP Clearance and/or any additional associated Entity clearances.
