Overview
We are partnering with a boutique consultancy that specialises in delivering NetSuite solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients across Australia. Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring on an experienced Principal NetSuite Functional Consultant to lead client engagements and drive successful ERP implementations.
This is a senior role suited to someone who enjoys working in a consulting environment, leading functional design, and building trusted relationships with stakeholders while delivering high-quality NetSuite solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead functional discovery workshops with senior business stakeholders
* Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions
* Own solution design across core NetSuite modules including Finance, Order Management, and Procurement
* Guide clients through end-to-end NetSuite implementations from discovery through to go-live
* Provide functional leadership across projects and mentor junior consultants
* Work closely with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are translated effectively into system configuration
* Support best practice process design and optimisation for client organisations
About You
* Extensive experience working with NetSuite in a functional consulting capacity
* Strong understanding of ERP business processes across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain
* Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at executive and senior management level
* Excellent workshop facilitation and documentation skills
* Previous experience within a consulting or advisory environment is highly desirable
* NetSuite certifications would be highly regarded
