Job Title: Strength and Conditioning Coach
About the Role:
Casual Strength and Conditioning Coaches / Personal Trainers are required to deliver strength & conditioning/personal training sessions to clients of all ages and training levels. This role involves designing safe, age-appropriate training programs and blocks, collaborating with physiotherapists and other health professionals, recording training data, attendance, and outcomes, and upholding a clean, safe and welcoming environment for all clients.
About You:
We are looking for individuals with Level 1 ASCA Accreditation or ability to acquire this accreditation, First Aid & CPR Certification (current), Cert III or IV in Fitness (preferred but not essential), and minimum 1 year of experience in a coaching or personal training setting. Strong communication and rapport-building skills are also essential. A growth mindset and willingness to learn and contribute are highly valued.
