Corporate Services Manager Role Overview
The Corporate Services Manager is responsible for providing high-quality business and administrative support to senior management, focusing on corporate governance, asset management, financial planning, and human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offers strategic advice and training on corporate systems, establishment asset management, financial management, and human resource development.
- Manages the administration of human, physical, and financial resources, including budget forecasting and expenditure reconciliation, accommodation, and assets.
- Develops and maintains effective business systems, records management, and correspondence protocols.
- Provides guidance on operational issues, confidential briefs, memoranda, submissions, and ministerial correspondence.
- Analyzes and prepares reports, briefing notes, memoranda, and human resource papers on diverse issues.
- Assists in delivering and coordinating corporate services functions and projects as required.
Requirements:
- A detailed summary of skills, experience, and achievements against leadership competencies and duties/responsibilities.
- A current resume with two referees, at least one having knowledge of work over the past two years as manager or supervisor.
