About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Alarm Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing business opportunities and driving sales of alarm systems, access control, and integrated security solutions across commercial and public sectors.
This role involves B2B sales of commercial security systems to business clients.
Security industry experience is required for this position.
You will work closely with integrators, installers, consultants, and channel partners to deliver tailored security solutions and build long‐term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage sales opportunities for alarm, access control, CCTV, and building security solutions
* Identify and pursue new projects in commercial, education, healthcare, and government sectors
* Build and maintain strong relationships with integrators, installers, consultants, and channel partners
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution presentations for customers
* Work closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery
* Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to business growth
* Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within security, electronics, or building technologies
* A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
* Good understanding of alarm systems, access control, CCTV, or integrated security solutions
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* A self‐motivated, results‐driven, and customer‐focused mindset
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
* Valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel when required
