About The Role
We are looking for an energetic, results-oriented achiever to join our Perth Service team. As a Field Service Manager, you will lead a team of site and field technicians, ensuring operational excellence within the technical service team. Reporting to the WA Service Manager, you will help develop our market-leading brand by building and maintaining business partnerships in our unique and competitive industry.
Responsibilities & Duties
* Deliver on service agreements and increase customer satisfaction
* Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers
* Provide excellent customer service, manage customer relations, and promote customer retention
* Manage the selection, training, and development of the field service staff
* Enhance team skills and work performance to support business growth
* Monitor technician performance daily, aligned with weekly service KPIs
* Manage work allocation to meet customer requirements
* Optimize labour productivity within your area
* Identify performance shortfalls and implement corrective actions
* Seek continuous improvement opportunities and implement best practices
* Proactively pursue new business and deliver service presentations
Skills & Experience
We seek a passionate, pragmatic problem solver with a strong drive for results and superior customer focus. You should have management experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Demonstrated success in achieving results in competitive environments within Materials Handling, Automotive, or Capital Equipment industries is essential. The role requires experience managing customer relationships, actively pursuing new business, high energy, motivation, strong organization, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
