Lead the day‑to‑day running of PMV Training, a respected 20‑year specialist RTO. You'll own end‑to‑end training delivery (bookings, courses, trainers, enrolments, reporting) and manage key client relationships in mining, oil & gas, and energy. You'll work closely with the Compliance Manager to keep operations audit‑ready and compliant. You'll also support the engineering team with light administrative work. You stay hands‑on, spot issues early, support your team, and protect PMV's reputation.

What You Will Be Responsible For

* Manage daily training operations end‑to‑end – everything runs on time and to standard.
* Lead and manage key client relationships – onboarding, requirements, regular check‑ins, growing bookings.
* Manage and support trainers – keep them informed, sort problems fast, make sure they feel valued.
* Manage staff performance and culture through regular one‑on‑ones, performance reviews, and fair rosters.
* Oversee student support and course quality – track results, feedback, and completion rates.
* Stay visible and hands‑on – know what's happening, spot issues early, fix them fast.
* Drive continuous improvement using data and feedback to lift systems and processes.
* Support the engineering team with admin, paperwork, ISO certifications, vendor management, and invoicing.

What You Need

Essential

* Minimum 5 years' proven experience in RTO management, training operations, or similar leadership roles.
* Experience managing staff teams and building strong relationships with compliance, admin, and technical people.
* Track record managing major clients or stakeholders in industrial, training, or technical sectors.
* Strong organisational skills – systems, schedules, budgets, paperwork.
* Comfortable working in a regulated environment or willing to learn fast.
* Confident communicator – clear and credible with everyone from leadership to staff to major clients.
* Right to work in Australia.

Highly Regarded

* Direct RTO compliance or quality assurance experience.
* Experience in oil & gas, mining, or energy training or project delivery.
* Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
* Electrical trade background or engineering qualifications.
