A new opportunity is available to play an integral part in change of the model of care within our Residential portfolio. Reporting to the Program Manager, Model of Care, you will partner with business leaders & their teams, guiding them to co-design, implement & execute the new Inspirit Model of Care. Bring your passion for change and growth, and your belief that there is a better way to support aging.
You will work with a range of internal and external stakeholders, co-designing the new model of care - Inspirit, at an operational level. As a key member of the Inspirit team, you will draw on your experience in aged care to redesign processes, to test, and apply action learning to the results.
The ideal applicant will be energetic with a tenacious and positive approach, have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to effectively coach and inspire teams to guide them through a significant transformational change.
In your new role you will be required to travel to sites across Regional NSW/QLD and some Sydney Metro Homes. When based on site in the RAC homes, you will be required to commit to extended stays of up to approximately 3 weeks and work across various shifts and days.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders, in addition to the following:
* Min 5 yrs. demonstrated experience in RAC or HCS business stream at an operational level
* Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills and big picture mindset
* Strong facilitation and workshop skills, ability to provide constructive feedback
* Proficient MS Office and MS Project skills
