Overview
Logistics Clerk, 6-month fixed term contract based at Cochlear's global headquarters in Macquarie University. Working hours are 8:00 am–4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime.
Responsibilities
* Compliance with safety procedures and reporting workplace hazards, incidents or injuries.
* Follow Quality Management System to deliver high-quality results.
* Manage inventory in line with established procedures.
* Maintain inventory levels in Oracle ERP.
* Perform visual inspections of receivables.
* Ship products to various regions globally as per sales orders on a daily basis and maintain customer service levels to regions.
* Prepare implants for packing, including labeling.
* Adhere to the first in, first out principle.
Qualifications
* Ideally 2 years of experience in a similar environment.
* Strong computer literacy and experience with Oracle, SAP, or a similar ERP system.
* Ability to follow detailed instructions.
* Ability to lift and move loads of up to 10 kg.
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team and take initiative to execute responsibilities accurately within required timeframes.
