We are seeking a full-time Reception / Administration team member to join our busy property management agency.
This role is Monday to Friday and would suit someone with previous experience in the property management industry who is looking to join a professional and supportive team environment.
About the Role:
* Front desk reception and customer service
* Answering phone and email enquiries
* General administration and office support
* Assisting the property management team with daily tasks
* Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
About You:
* Must hold a current Agent Representative Licence
* Previous experience in the property management industry preferred
* Mature, reliable, and professional presentation
* Clear and confident communicator
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
