We're looking for a driven Sales Representative who can speak the language of builders and site managers, spot new opportunities, and turn conversations into long-term partnerships.
You'll be responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of construction clients by:
Developing strong relationships with builders, project managers and contractors
Identifying new business opportunities across commercial and infrastructure projects
Presenting tailored labour hire solutions based on real site needs
Managing tenders, RFIs and submissions (government & private portals)
Negotiating contracts and securing long-term agreements
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
Previous experience in construction, labour hire or construction sales is a must have
A strong understanding of how construction sites operate
Confidence speaking with site supervisors, builders and decision-makers
A natural ability to build trust and long-term relationships
Solid negotiation and communication skills
Drive, resilience and a hunger to win new business
