Events & Community Manager

Backed by Mark Bouris and Daniel Hakim, CUB (Club of United Business) is building Australia's most iconic private members club for elite entrepreneurs—and we're looking for an organised, energetic Events & Community Manager to deliver our premium event experiences and create a welcoming clubhouse environment for our members

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and execute CUB's event calendar 6 months in advance, aligned with our event framework
* Work across unique event formats and take full ownership of planning and running events
* Plan and execute all event types, from community gatherings to keynotes and welcome evenings
* Drive member engagement before, during, and after events
* Act as community host—managing the front desk, greeting members and guests, and supporting clubhouse operations
What we're looking for:
* 3+ years' experience in event planning, hospitality, or community management
* Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects at once
* Warm, engaging personality with strong communication skills
