Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team, show enthusiasm and reliability.
- Demonstrate a passion for working with children and caring for their needs.
- Create a supportive, stimulating and secure learning environment for the children.
- Develop positive and caring relationships with the children and their families.
Qualifications & Training
The suitable applicant will complete a Certificate III in Children's Services whilst gaining hands‑on practical experience and mentoring from the existing team of educators.
You will need a excellent work ethic and a commitment to completing the course as well as caring for young children.
This qualification is fully funded by the employer and you will be provided with regular study time during your roster.
As this is a traineeship position, no other previous experience is necessary.
