About the Role
The WAIO business requires a professional to provide advice on State Agreement and manage approvals advice from multiple Subject Matter Experts.
Working across mining and infrastructure projects in Western Australia, you will require experience and understanding of WA regulatory approvals.
This position requires that you can manage multiple projects, maintain flexibility to adapt to changing business conditions, and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Provide technical advice on State Agreement approvals requirements.
* Obtain State Agreement approvals and ensure compliance requirements are identified.
* Provide advice to Project teams regarding approvals pathways, risks, and opportunities.
* Support collaboration between Project teams and Approvals SMEs to coordinate early identification of regulatory approvals requirements.
* Develop and maintain approvals schedules in consultation with Planners and SMEs.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation associated with State Agreement and Approvals Advice tasks.
About You
Knowledge and experience in practical application of WA State regulatory approvals.
Demonstrated experience in use of ArcGIS, MS Office suite, data systems, and working with schedules.
Strong written, oral, and communication skills.
Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Evidence of managing accurate records and documentation.
Adaptability in dynamic working environment.
Experience in similar role in mining, energy, or legal projects would be beneficial.

Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in relevant field such as Physical Sciences, Engineering, Urban Planning etc
