Main duties and responsibilities:
* Perform a range of non-surgical laser and skin treatments including Laser Genesis, Laser Vascular, IPL Pigment removal, Skin Needling, Morpheus8, FormaRF, HIFU, Microdermabrasion, Epiblading, Advanced peels, Advanced Facials.
* Conduct thorough client consultations using our Observ 520x skin analysis technology.
* Educate clients on pre and post treatment care & provide ongoing follow up care.
* Cross refer clients to our Nursing staff.
* Collaborate with other Skin therapists to develop client treatment plans.
* Participate in regular training and upskilling and stay up to date with the latest techniques and technologies.
* Cleaning of the clinic and supporting the rest of the team in downtime.
Requirements:
* Work a min of 3 days per week (including some Saturdays).
* Hold a current Full or Trainee QLD Laser Licence for treating Vessels & Pigmentation (desirable).
* 2+ years minimum Skin/Dermal Therapy experience.
* Australian permanent resident.
* Experience performing Advanced skin treatments including Laser, Skin Needling, Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels.
* Have Advanced treatment planning experience and Advanced skin knowledge.
* A proven history of sales.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Team player with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
