* Handling financials, expenses, and reporting accurately
* Matter management, including opening/closing files, archiving, electronic/physical filing
Requirements
* Previous experience in a legal support role or administration position
* Knowledge of billing processes in a legal environment
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Typing speed of 70+ wpm
* Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and attention to detail
* Clear and confident communication, adaptable style to suit audience needs
* Well-developed interpersonal skills and collaborative approach
