Enrolled Nurse Graduate Program - Midyear 2026
Western District Health Service has exciting opportunities for newly graduated enrolled nurses to participate in the 2026 Midyear Graduate Nurse Program for Enrolled Nurses. The overall aim of the program is to provide facilitated support in the clinical environment for transferring existing knowledge into quality outcomes and developing further knowledge and skills to progress towards independent learning and practice.
Program Details
The 12‐month program will provide an excellent foundation for future career advancement by allowing participants to develop clinical and leadership skills in a variety of rotations throughout the organisation, whilst being supported by trained preceptors, practice development nurses and the graduate nurse program coordinator.
Program commencement: Monday 3 August 2026 (TBC)

Application Requirements
Applications must include a cover letter, current resume, three clinical referees, three recent clinical placement reports, and a copy of your academic transcript.
All successful applicants will be required to hold (or be willing to obtain) a current National Criminal Police Check. Depending on the role, a Working with Children Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check may also be required. Compliance with WDHS's immunisation and vaccination requirements is a condition of employment.
