Job Title: Senior Medical Professional
This dedicated and passionate individual will join the Older People’s Medicine department as a substantive consultant. Full-time, part-time and flexible working opportunities are available.
The team is implementing an electronic health record system in 2025 and developing community-based services including virtual ward care.
1. Daily consult-led board rounds via video conferencing;
2. Twice-weekly frailty assessments at the front door,
Liaison with social services to support short-term deterioration; Direct transfers from ED requiring specialist assessment ;
