This is a leadership role that combines team management, commercial acumen, and stakeholder engagement to drive asset performance and customer experience.You will make an impact by:* Leading a team of Centre Managers to deliver strategic and financial outcomes across your portfolio* Overseeing day-to-day operations at QV, including marketing, administration, and customer service delivery* Driving NOI growth through budgeting, forecasting, arrears management, and identifying new income opportunities* Collaborating with leasing, asset, and portfolio teams to align on strategy, reduce vacancies, and enhance asset value**About You**You're a commercially minded leader with deep retail property expertise and a passion for driving performance across complex portfolios.
