We are seeking a hands-on and customer centric Cluster Manager to drive the team based in our Marcs and David Lawrence concession stores within Myer Chermside.
Position
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced full-time Cluster Manager who has a passion for people, styling and visual merchandising.
Responsibilities
Leading the team, you will be responsible for end-to-end store operations within your concession store, responsibilities include customer service and loyalty, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, recruitment, scheduling and reporting.
This is a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a store manager in fashion retail;
* Concession management experience preferred but not mandatory;
* Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets / KPI's;
* Excellent communication and creative problem solving skills;
* Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base;
* Confidence delivering a first-class service at all times to all customers;
* An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others;
* A huge passion for fashion;
* Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a high-performing team;
* Love for our brand and be proud to be our key brand ambassador
