We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support.
* Support the day-to-day movement of freight within your portfolio by providing valuable insights into potential issues to Account Managers. Review and report on daily freight movements while resolving enquiries in a way that provides an outstanding experience.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification or 2+ years' experience in Customer Service is required. You must have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as problem-solving skills.
