 
        
        Lead Food and Beverage Operations
We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the food and beverage operations at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B management, excellent operational skills, and the ability to motivate a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading day-to-day F&B operations, supervising staff, handling guest enquiries, and collaborating with the General Manager and Marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
 * Oversee F&B operations across multiple venues, ensuring seamless service delivery
 * Supervise and develop F&B staff to deliver service excellence aligned with company standards
 * Handle guest enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
 * Collaborate with the Marketing teams to develop strategic promotions that drive revenue growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of F&B operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and supplier relationships
- Supervise and train a team of F&B staff to provide excellent service and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle guest feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns that drive revenue growth
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of F&B operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and supplier relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
