Job Title
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Senior Director of Procurement, Contracts and Asset Management. This is a temporary full-time position that requires a high level of expertise in procurement, contract management, and asset management.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate the ability to develop and manage large data sets. A proven track record in procurement would be highly regarded.
* Main Responsibilities
* Manage all levels of procurement from simple and low value to complex and/or high value.
* Develop and undertake procurement strategies and contract management to inform forward planning for operations and support strategic transport objectives.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve an integrated and coordinated approach to public transport outcomes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Procurement Expertise: Proven experience in procurement, contract management, and asset management.
* Data Management: Ability to develop and manage large data sets.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to solve problems using data and information.
