Maintenance & Facilities Leadership Role
Our organization seeks a seasoned Maintenance and Facilities Manager to oversee all matters relating to site operations, manual handling, engineering, risk, and compliance. This permanent, full-time role is based in Melbourne at our Liquor Distribution Centre in Laverton North.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the site F M team, ensuring effective leadership and coordination of all activities.
* Ensure compliance with relevant Australian Standards, local regulations, and Primary Connect's policies and procedures.
* Monitor contractor works, ensuring satisfactory completion of tasks in accordance with company policies and standards.
* Conduct regular property inspections to ensure facilities meet required standards.
* Procure site-specific non-residential services and contracts, adhering to company procurement guidelines.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar facilities or maintenance management role.
* Strong knowledge of fire services, electrical systems, hydraulic services, mechanical systems, and building codes.
* Good physical fitness and ability to be on feet throughout the day.
