Job Description
He/she defines with the High-End Manager the local High Jewellery network strategy and drive the action plans based on Central's guidelines.
He/she is also responsible for creating and leading trainings for the boutiques and for the commercial teams.
He/she monitors and shares High Jewellery related market news, auctions and competitors trends.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
High-end sales performance & reporting
* Drive high-end performance with the High-end manager and the Commercial Director & coordinate pieces in business & potential deals (deposits, invoicing dates)
* Build sales reports to analyze the market results, trends and performance (weekly, monthly and EOY reports, events reports)
* Keep track of competition activities and sales on a weekly basis. Share auction results
* Optimise the existing reporting & create ad-hoc reporting & presentations
* Establish successful partnership with boutiques and retail partners to ensure that High-end remains top of mind
* Implementation & promotion of High-End incentive plans if needed
High-End stock management
* Lead and coordinate the management of the stock
* Be the point of contact for Oceania boutiques, the region and central teams for stock requests
* Product assortment strategy for client events, boutique assortment, ad hoc
* Day to day stock requests & stock management (support Sales Associates for viewing requests)
* Apply pricing strategy
* SAP & other administrative support for shipments and returns
* Follow up with Customer Service teams for repairs and transformations
* Manage resizing, repairs, stone certificates, packaging
* Manage special orders (price validation, creative brief, production, deposit and invoicing)
* Process owner for all High-End stock related topics (condition reporting, logistics, etc)
Support events and other strategic initiatives
* Implement local activations (High-End rotations, High-End watch travelling collection)
* Management of stock assortment, creation of relevant wishlists for Oceania market
* Event stock management and process owner. Coordination with all key stakeholders (logistics & security, events team, VM, clients team)
* Participating in the preparation of sales team leading to international High Jewellery events
* Support High-End visibility by coordinating with PR for photoshoot & talent dressing
High-End selling tools & training support
* Create relevant tools to help Sales associates sell High-End pieces (stock mapping, product catalogues, storytelling guides)
* Participate & help in the organisation of the Prestige community meetings when needed
* Develop activities to help Sales associates strengthening their High-End knowledge with the Learning & Development team
* Organise one on one sessions to prepare for VIP private viewings (commercial rules, stock strategy etc.)
* Share best practices with the larger team on a weekly basis
Additional missions
* Support the High-End team with ad-hoc requests

* Approximately 5 years' experience in a Marketing and/or Merchandising role
* A degree qualification in a related field

* Strong interpersonal and consulting skills in dealing with employees at all levels of the organisation, including leadership, influencing and relationship-building across functions.
* Drive-for-results orientation with the ability to translate complex, strategic topics into specific, understandable goals, tactics, action plans and deliverables.
* Self-starter, energetic, positive and strong problem-solving skills driven by data, business acumen and market insights.
* A passionate and proactive approach, willing and able to take initiative.
* A high level of sense of ownership and personal accountability.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
