We are seeking an experienced and passionate trainer to deliver high-quality, nationally recognised training and assessment to clients across Victoria.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering training programs in health and safety disciplines, including working at heights, confined space entry, and emergency response.
You will also be required to assess learner competency and maintain accurate records, as well as participate in assessment validation and continuous improvement processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience delivering training and assessment in at least two of the following areas: working at heights, confined space entry, breathing apparatus, emergency warden/chief warden, first aid/CPR, dangerous goods/hazardous substances, chemical spill response, or low voltage rescue.
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and compliance requirements.
* Confidence in engaging a wide range of learners in practical, high-risk environments.
* Willingness to travel and deliver on client sites.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Sound administration and digital literacy for RTO recordkeeping.

* You will hold one of the following Training and Assessment qualifications: TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or its successor), TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (with necessary upgrades).
