We're a trusted name in minerals processing and infrastructure solutions, with a proud history and a friendly, well-established team based in Mackay.
You'll be part of our 13-strong Reliability Services crew, working on interesting projects and travelling to sites across the Bowen Basin.
Most weeks, you'll spend three to four days on site, with transport provided and camp accommodation during your stay - so flexibility is key.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a current S11, physical fitness, and prior experience in a prep plant or working with machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
* Complete lubrication work orders assigned by site maintenance coordinator.
* Conduct site walk-throughs to inspect and maintain lubrication standards.
* Identify and report equipment anomalies or issues during lubrication routes.
* Monitor lubrication storage and dispensing practices, providing feedback to site teams.
* Troubleshoot lubrication-related work orders and keep equipment running smoothly.
* Perform CHPP shutdown lubrication maintenance tasks, including oil changes, grease line installation and repair, equipment inspections, and oil sample collection.
Who are you?
* Physically fit – role involves extensive walking and on-site work.
* Previous experience with prep plants or machinery; lubrication and greasing knowledge essential.
* Strong understanding of lubrication principles for fixed and mobile plant.
* Solid computer skills (MS Office and basic systems).
* Current driver's licence and flexibility to travel to various sites.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
