Clinic Co-ordinator Role



As a Clinic Co-ordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals. Your key responsibilities will include:



* Providing exceptional patient care and support to ensure high-quality hearing health outcomes.

* Liaising with clinicians and hearing technicians to coordinate patient appointments and services.

* Developing tailored client-specific solutions to meet individual needs.




To excel in this role, you will require:



* Prior experience in sales and customer service, preferably in retail or healthcare settings.

* Strong interpersonal skills and empathy to build strong relationships with clients.

* A higher school certificate or TAFE qualification.
