Your contribution:
· Provide specialist advice and professional representation to external and internal clients on the requirements of the Aboriginal Land Act 1991 (Qld) and Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 (Cth) and related legislation, directives, policies and procedures in relation to the Program.
· Liaise and develop an effective network with Indigenous and non-Indigenous clients including land councils, government and non-government agencies, and local authorities on land related matters pertaining to the provisions of the Acts.
· Advise and support Aboriginal land trusts and corporations to develop and improve land management capability to ensure compliance with relevant legislation including land
