We are an established boutique law firm seeking a proactive and organised Legal Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and accounts support to our team. This role offers flexibility, a supportive environment, and the opportunity to grow your skills within a specialised legal practice.
About the Role
In this part-time position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day to day operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing administrative and invoicing support to lawyers
* Drafting correspondence, reports and other documents
* Managing the shared inbox and conducting basic company searches
* Booking virtual office space and organising stationery orders
* Assisting with accounts, including aged debtors follow up
* Entering data and maintaining records in ActionStep
About You
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail focused and comfortable working independently. You will bring:
* Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Experience with ActionStep (or similar legal CTM software), Infotrack, Landgate, LinkedIn, Canva and/or Xero (advantageous but not essential)
* Your own transport for occasional office errands
