About the Role:
We’re looking for a positive, talented person who would be responsible for assembling Solar Distribution Board’s and other electrical and mechanical products alongside our manufacturing & engineering team. Full time role 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday, based in Cairns at our head office.
You will be working on assembling and wiring switchboards and other electrical products. You’ll work closely with our engineering and sales teams to ensure the right products are manufactured to all the relevant standards. This is a fast-paced role working on a wide range of products, so ability to ensure accuracy while meeting deadlines is critical to success.

Selection Criteria:
* High level of attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a busy and dynamic work environment
* Comfortable and skilled with using hand tools and basic power tools
* Computer skills (intermediate)
* A current driver’s licence is essential
* Ability to learn quickly and operate effectively in a small team environment
* Electrical and/or switchboard experience or qualification not required, but seen as advantageous
* Any other skills/experience that can complement the manufacturing division seen as advantageous.

* Technically minded, with interest in electrical concepts
