About the Role:
As a Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective clinical care while supporting residents to maintain their independence and wellbeing. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing personal care services to our residents
* Assisting with meals and general cleaning
* Participating in rewarding daily activities
* Accurate Reporting and Documenting
* Create positive relationships with our residents to make them feel like they are truly at home
About You:
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Individual Support or an equivalent is desired but not essential
* Endorsement to assist with medication and administration (desired)
* Previous experience working within the aged and/or community care industry (desired)
