Anytime Fitness Currimundi are seeking a vibrant and dedicated Membership Consultant to join our staff on a casual basis, with between 28-32 hours per week ongoing.
Duties & responsibilities:
* Respond to sales enquiries via phone calls and emails
* Marketing outreach including handing out flyers and similar activities
* Manage membership retention by engaging with customers
* Building on club culture through engagement with social media
* Keep the club clean and tidy
* Use our CRM and Billing systems to manage administrative tasks and records
* Supporting the club manager to achieve their targets
Experience & attributes:
* Sales experience is a major plus
* Previous customer service experience in retail or similar sectors is desirable.
* First Aid and CPR certifications or willingness to obtain
* Police and Working With Children checks or willingness to obtain
* Comfortability in front of the camera is a bonus
* Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms is mandatory.
* Availability for Saturday work
* Ability to work well within a team environment
* Being friendly and possess a welcoming manner with customers is essential
* Motivation to achieve sales results
