To maintain our service standards and support ongoing demand, we are recruiting for the following full-time Front of House (FOH) roles.
Bar Attendant
Salary: $68,000 – $75,000
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve a range of beverages including cocktails, wines and non-alcoholic drinks
• Engage with customers to take orders and provide recommendations
• Maintain bar presentation, cleanliness and stock levels
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Assist with daily setup and pack-down of bar operations
• Follow responsible alcohol service requirements and venue procedures
Requirements
• RSA Certificate
• Relevant qualification or at least 1 year experience in a similar role
• Strong customer engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks during busy service

Waiter Supervisor
Salary: $72,000 – $78,000
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate service across the floor to ensure smooth customer experience
• Support and guide team members during service
• Take orders, provide menu insight and oversee delivery of food and drinks
• Manage guest enquiries and resolve service issues
• Experienced with POS and can provide support to FOH team to resolve the problem if any
• Assist with staff supervision, onboarding and shift coordination
• Monitor stock levels and support ordering processes and follow health, safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements
• RSA Certificate
• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior FOH role
• Strong communication and leadership capability
• Solid understanding of service standards and food safety practices

Salary: $68,000 – $72,000
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome guests and manage table service
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders efficiently
• Provide clear explanations of menu items, including shared plates, tapas
• Setup tables, arrange seating prior to service and maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas
• Process payments and assist with daily service tasks including handling cash and card payments
• Experienced about wine and can provide recommendation to guests with food

• Previous experience in hospitality preferred
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
