Asset Management Services (Maintenance)
CPP's maintenance services ensure the reliability and longevity of high‐voltage assets. We provide a seamless transition from construction and commissioning to ongoing asset management, delivering minor maintenance projects, repairs, and upgrades, alongside regular inspections and servicing to prevent failures and extend asset lifespan. Our efficient emergency response keeps critical HV infrastructure operational.
The Opportunity
The Client Asset Manager plays a key role in overseeing the maintenance and performance of critical infrastructure assets for a key client account. Acting as the primary interface between the client and delivery teams, the role coordinates scheduled and reactive maintenance activities, manages contractors and resources, and ensures works are delivered safely, on time, and in line with contractual and regulatory requirements. The position also focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring asset performance, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement to support the long‐term reliability and efficiency of high‐voltage infrastructure.
Qualifications
* Experience in high‐voltage (HV) asset maintenance or a similar infrastructure environment
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams
* Proven ability to plan and coordinate maintenance activities, resources, and contractors
* Sound commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets, costs, and variations
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to review technical reports, inspections, and asset condition findings
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly report on maintenance outcomes and asset performance
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and asset reliability
* Relevant technical qualification (e.g., Certificate III in Electrotechnology) and/or tertiary qualification in business, engineering, or a related discipline
