As Senior Copywriter, you will be responsible for creating impactful integrated campaigns and content that cut‐through the noise. You are self‐motivated and thrive working collaboratively with Art Directors and Designers as well as other teams within the agency. You have the ability to conceptualise great ideas and deliver excellent copy for integrated creative across all our projects and clients – mastering all channels from TVC, print, social, digital and radio through to emerging channels and innovations.

Your work will include:
* Lead the creative process from concept to delivery in collaboration with the Art Directors.
* Lead creative messaging strategy and copy development, thoughtfully deploying our clients' brands' tone and voice in all your work while maintaining consistent standards for the copy.
* Ideate, develop and produce creative for a wide range of channels: film, radio, digital, social, press, direct marketing, print collateral, OOH, AR/VR, PR.
* Shape and form both short and long form content from social through to deep storytelling and investigative writing.
* Supervise creative elements related to production when required, including writing production briefs.
* Lead and support other copywriters by providing clear, constructive feedback, creative guidance and mentorship.
* Oversee other copy‐related activities and processes, providing proofreading and editorial guidance to content partners and freelancers to ensure voice, tone, and style consistency.
* Collaborate on client presentations and pitch decks.
* Proactively provide creative solutions for clients and new business opportunities.
What we're looking for:
* Portfolio of inspiring work showcasing your copywriting experience in advertising.
* Excellent storyteller with an ability to weave engaging narratives driven by a sound understanding of audience behaviours and preferences.
* You will have at least six to eight years experience in an agency environment and a solid understanding of creative development processes.
* Strong time‐management skills and ability to work in a fast‐paced environment.
* Masterful editing and proofreading skills.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Experience with long‐form content would be a plus.
