Corporate Receptionist / Concierge

- $60,000k + Super | Mon - Friday
**The Role**
My client is on the search for a **Corporate Receptionist / Concierge** based in the stunning North Sydney offices with a leading multi-line insurer.
You will add value to the Front of House Team by providing outstanding customer service in an efficient & friendly manner.

**Responsibilities however, not limited to**
- Greeting all customers and represent our client to all external visitors to the office in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain all security passes and cupboards ensuring they are securely locked away
- Monitoring of any equipment / keys loaned out
- Management of Light Beverage Services
- Meeting room reservations for the client and remote offices where required
- Register visitors & staff using designated management system
- Work closely with security teams to ensure people & building safety
- Complete daily administration duties
- Manage bookings for all meeting spaces
**Key Requirements**
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a Reception/customer services role
- Well-developed organisational skills and a team-based approach to your work
- Proven experience in Reception/ front desk customer service
- High standard of personal presentation
- Must be PR
