We are currently looking for an experienced **Maintenance Reliability Specialist** to join our Site Support Services team to help support the sustainability and ongoing improvement of our maintenance reliability programs on a **full-time permanent **basis based at our advanced manufacturing facility in **Port Melbourne**.
**Position Responsibilities**:
- Development of Overall Equipment Effectiveness strategy to improve asset utilization timing
- Report on asset reliability performance, predictive maintenance/condition monitoring status
- Undertake asset effectiveness reporting on weekly, monthly and annual basis
- Undertake detailed plant condition review on all critical assets on an annual basis
- Undertake reporting and recommendation on condition-based maintenance programs on a regular basis
- Participate in safety programs and contribute to safety improvement initiatives
- Improve reliability of critical equipment and utilities infrastructure
- Undertake Root cause corrective action activities on all critical failures
- Undertake equipment asset health check reporting through analysis of mean time between failures and overall reliability
- Develop and improve the integrity of the site asset management system (Maximo)
- Monitor maintenance performances through mean time to recover analysis on all key assets
- Ensure all reliability-related activities comply with relevant Legislation, Standards and Codes
- Comply all with Boeing applicable Standard Operating Procedures
- Plan and execute training programs as required on specific projects
**Basic Qualification's (Required Skills / Experience)**:
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or a Technical qualification relevant to the role is essential
- 5+ years' work experience in a similar position ideally in a manufacturing or similar environment
- Previous work experience in data analysis on an asset management system preferred (Maximo & Cognos preferable)
- Full understanding of the Total Productive Maintenance and lean principles required
- Strong computer-based skills in Microsoft Office products required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
