$40.07 – $55.45 per hour depending on experience
*Sign on bonus of $1000 and a retention bonus after 6 months of $750.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Engaging Play-Based Learning: Utilize a strong understanding of children's interests to design and implement a dynamic play-based program that encourages exploration and learning.
Creative Program Delivery: Bring your passion and creativity to the forefront, delivering programs that captivate young learners and inspire curiosity.
Experience and Expertise: Leverage your past experience working directly with 3-5 year olds, demonstrating a proven track record in program development and implementation.
Quick Learner & Strong Communicator: Adapt swiftly to new methodologies and communicate effectively with both children and families. Your written and verbal skills will be key in maintaining transparent and open communication.
Team Player and Leader: Collaborate effectively within a team, inspiring and engaging colleagues. Lead by example, fostering an environment of creativity, teamwork, and growth.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Embrace change and adapt to evolving needs, ensuring a dynamic and responsive learning environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood
Current Blue Card
Demonstrated experience in program development for early childhood education.
The ability to lead and work within a positive team environment; and
Flexibility, energy, enthusiasm, and a mature approach.
