The Role We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Hairdresser / Senior Colourist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills in colour and cutting, who is looking for dull-time hours with great work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality colour services with a focus on advanced colouring (not root melts). Provide precision cutting, styling, and finishing services. Deliver exceptional client care, building long-lasting relationships. Work collaboratively with our team to maintain our salon's high standards. Participate in salon events and training sessions to stay at the forefront of trends. Optional: Training in weft hair extension installation and maintenance (provided in-salon, no prior experience necessary). What We Offer Competitive salary: $75k–$85k pro rata (plus bonuses). Full-time flexibility: Wednesday & Thursday late nights Saturday finish by 2pm Mondays off & long weekends rostered off Ongoing professional development & training.
