Leading Hand Therapist – Territory Hands
* $118,000 – $134,000 plus super, depending on experience
* Phone & work travel allowance
* PD allowance ($2500, 5 days study leave annually) & NT PHN Re-location Grant
Territory Hands is a passionate, close-knit team of hand therapy professionals based in the top end – NT. We are looking for a senior therapist; someone with at least 3 years of hand therapy experience who's ready to take the next step into leadership while continuing to do the clinical work they love.

About the Role:
As our new Leading Hand Therapist, you'll play a key role in both clinical and team leadership. You'll:
* Triage referrals and manage therapist bookings
* Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to our team of five
* Support onboarding and training of new team members
* Collaborate with our directors as part of the leadership team
* Maintain your own caseload and continue growing your clinical expertise
* We've built strong systems, solid admin support, and a culture that values collaboration, care, and connection. Your voice will matter here.
