We provide a multitude of services including the installation, design, upgrades, commissioning and maintenance of BMS and EMS systems as well as analytics and managed dedicated building services networks.
We currently have opportunities within our Canberra Administration and accounts team.
Some key responsibilities are
* Debtor Invoicing and payment follow up, reconciling and coding of debtor payments and statements, processing creditor purchase orders, invoices and payments
* Creating an managing accounts in Xero and simPRO.
* Ordering parts, uniforms, etc, receipting deliveries, managing and issuing stock, managing and coordinating calibration of test equipment.
* Setting up, maintain and managing customer portals such as CM3, Rapid etc
* Ensuring employee, job, cost, building and asset data is up to date and correct in in SimPRO and other systems.
* Book meetings and accommodation for technicians
* Work within National Administration and accounts teams and provide support as required
To be considered for this role you will require
* Customer focus with excellent customer service skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Strong computer skills including extensive experience with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
* Experience with Xero accounting software
* Experience with simPRO software
* Experience in a similar role
