OverviewAashvi Foods Pty Ltd (and associated entities) is looking for a Group Operations and Training Manager to manage our group of businesses operating in the hospitality and manufacturing / wholesale spaces.
The role would be positioned under the Owner / Director and would have managerial responsibility for all aspects of the businesses.
This role encompasses: One newly opened cafe in Tarneit, Corporate catering from both kitchens, A soon-to-be opened business manufacturing coffee cups and lids, Wholesale and retailing of manufactured product.
The successful applicant would split time between locations, and would be responsible for overseeing the operation of all aspects to ensure quality and consistency of standards across all branches.
Involvement in the development and growth of new businesses will be expected.
