The Role
This is your chance to own your territory, build killer relationships, and help our products shine from Sydney's north all the way out to regional NSW.
You will:
* Visit pharmacies, health stores and department retailers
* Build authentic, long-term partnerships with store teams
* Travel regionally every 8 weeks (1 week away - accommodation covered)
* Spot new opportunities before anyone else
* Drive sales and smash your KPIs
* Bring products to life through displays, promos and launches
* Use your insights to shape territory strategy
* Report, forecast and keep us across what's happening in your region
* Work closely with our awesome internal teams to make magic happen
About You
You bring energy. Hustle. Personality. And the kind of confidence that lights up a room.
And you MUST have:
At least 2 years of sales experience - non-negotiable
(If you've never sold before, this role isn't for you.)
You also have:
* Experience in beauty, cosmetics or FMCG (big plus)
* A passion for merchandising, planograms + amazing retail execution
* Strong communication skills and a seriously organised brain
* A problem-solver mindset and "let's make it happen" attitude
* Commercial smarts and a love for hitting targets
* Confidence with CRM's and digital tool
