We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of
Reliable Transportation Specialist
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering donated goods throughout the greater Perth metropolitan area. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in your community.
* Collect donated furniture from households across WA
* Deliver household goods in accordance with Emergency Relief requests
Reporting to the Manager DC Operations, this position requires excellent communication and people skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
About the Role:
This is a permanent full-time position with 38 hours per week (Monday - Friday) and possible weekend work during busy periods. As a reliable transportation specialist, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks at the distribution centre and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
* Medium Rigid (MR) Licence and Forklift ticket required
* Excellent knowledge of Perth suburban area essential
* Ability to safely pack goods and follow correct tie-down procedures

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven experience in logistics or furniture removal
* Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
* Maintenance skills and knowledge of vehicle requirements
