We are seeking a Real Estate Consultant to join our team, working across key growth corridors in the North, West & East regions. This role is suited to a proactive, commercially minded individual who understands their customer and takes ownership of their results. You will be empowered to manage your own pipeline, develop strategic referral relationships, and represent the Henley brand with professionalism and integrity. Success in this role is driven by consistency, market insight, and the ability to build meaningful, trust-based customer relationships. Key responsibilities Manage the end-to-end sales process across property and land transactions Proactively generate, qualify and nurture new leads Establish and grow relationships with brokers, agents and referral partners Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to deliver strong outcomes Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management and activity levels About you Ideally 2 years’ experience in property, land or general real estate sales Experience working with investors and SMSF (Superannuation) clients highly regarded Exposure to, or established networks within, wholesale channels and/or investor-focused sales models preferred Existing partnerships within local community groups and a strong referral network highly regarded Background in building or exposure to the residential construction industry advantageous Confident operating across multiple regions, with flexibility to support broader market activity where required Professional communicator with a considered, relationship-led approach to sales Our culture We foster a high-trust, supportive environment where individuals are encouraged to take ownership and continuously develop their capability.
