Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and provide proactive talent solutions.
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technically specialised environmental positions and support roles.
* Support new initiatives around graduates, new hires, retention, and Workday integration.
* Collaborate with the wider team on the Workday integration program.
