**About the Role**
We're looking for an energetic, connected, and ambitious Sales Promoter to help us grow Neolith's presence in Victoria. This is an opportunity to be the face of Neolith in one of Australia's most vibrant markets, as we continue our journey of expansion and success.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Relationship Building**: Forge and sustain partnerships with architects, design studios, and construction firms, identifying opportunities for Neolith to be their material of choice.
- **Brand Promotion**: Collaborate with our marketing team to create promotional materials that capture Neolith's unique qualities and resonate with the high-end design community.
- **Customer Support Excellence**: Ensure a seamless experience for clients from their first interaction to after-sales support, establishing Neolith as a trusted partner.
- **Travel Across Victoria**: Represent Neolith across Melbourne and greater Victoria, building brand visibility and forging meaningful connections across the region.
**Who You Are**
- Minimum of 1 year in sales, with a record of proven success.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A network of connections within the A&D community is highly valued.
