About the Role
* Provide exceptional administrative support to clinicians and team members, including correspondence, reports, and database management.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and assist with travel and accommodation arrangements.
* Support finance and resource processes through invoice preparation, ordering supplies, and tracking expenditure.

* Proven administrative experience with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and handle sensitive, confidential information.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
