At GCG Headquarters, the Marketing Associate will drive GCG's brand and growth by supporting HQ and branches through marketing campaigns and creative initiatives.

In this role, you will:
* Support Marketing Strategy Development: Assist the General Manager of Marketing in planning GCG's strategic marketing initiatives.
* Oversee GCG's External Brand: Manage the external brand of GCG across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, GCG website, etc.).
* Support Branch Marketing Efforts: Liaise with university branches to support marketing efforts for events, recruitment and promotions.
* Analyse Engagement Data: Monitor and interpret performance metrics to improve marketing effectiveness. To be a successful Candidate, you will:
o Be passionate about social impact.
o Be able to contribute 2‐3 hours per week.
o Be curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
o Display strong communication and teamwork skills.
o Have experience with Canva and campaign creation.
o Have experience managing social media platforms.
o Preferably have experience in marketing, particularly with branding development, keeping up with trending topics, search engine optimisation, and boosting post engagement.
o Ideally be 1‐3 years into their career post‐graduation.
